CarryEmpire respects the rights of its users and takes responsibility by keeping private data confidential. We pledge to provide security and safety for any data we receive and to store and use it in compliance with the current legislation and CarryEmpire’s User Agreement.

When creating a CarryEmpire account you provide personal information and agree to us collecting and processing your personal data by accepting the terms and conditions listed in our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. Any provision of this document is only valid on the CarryEmpire website and its associated resources.

What Personal Data do we collect?

CarryEmpire collects Users’ Personal Data on a voluntary basis and in compliance with current Personal Data protection legislation, including the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA). Please review the following list of data we may request at certain stages of sign-up or during your use of the website:

  • Account creation: e-mail or social media profiles.
  • Seller accreditation: First Name, Last Name.
  • Age.
  • Phone Number.
  • Usage data: Computer parameters and characteristics.
  • IP address and geographic position.
  • Cookies submitted by your browser.
  • Hardware event data: any malfunctions, your activity on the site, browser type, properties, language settings, timestamp of requests, and accessed URLs.

Information collected by the e-mail newsletter provider

We reserve the right to store payment information provided during transactions to comply with Guarantor and Transaction Safety provisions. “Payment Information” includes only the payment amount, transaction date & number, and contact details necessary to identify a payment.

We do not store data regarding your bank cards or any other payment system used to pay for services on our site.

If you lose access to your CarryEmpire account or if a dispute arises between users, Customer Service may request a photocopy/scan/photo of an ID (passport, driver’s license) to validate registration data or account ownership.

Cases in which we collect and process personal data

The main reason for collecting personal data is to provide you with services, full site functionality, transaction processing, withdrawals from your CarryEmpire-Wallet, and personalized emails.

Using this website, we collect personal data:

  • On browsing: we save your IP address to prevent fraud and improve security/performance.
  • Retention: data is erased after 3 months to satisfy payment system requirements (e.g., PayPal).
  • Chat messages: all history is saved to provide services, improve quality, and enforce rules.
  • Account creation: we store email, social network profile (if applicable), and username.
  • Profile updates: we update your data in our database.

Data collected during the order placement procedure

For most payment methods, no additional personal data is required beyond registration. However, if a payment system requires it, we may collect:

  • VISA/MASTERCARD: Name, Surname, Address, Country, City, Phone Number, Postcode.

We do not have access to your payment data (credit card, etc.); all payment processing is handled by certified payment systems.

Personal Data collected after the purchase

If you provide additional in-game information (e.g., server and character name) via the “Order Details” form or chat, it will be stored to speed up service delivery.

Your email may be used to inform you of order progress, for password recovery, or as legally required. We use JivoChat for outbound emails and may send marketing communications (e.g., new offers).

Personal Data for Seller (boosters)

When signing up as a booster, we collect: Address, Name, Surname, Email, Phone Number, Username, WhatsApp, Telegram, Skype, Discord, Birth Date, and ID document copies.

Payment data for boosters

To enable payouts, we collect and store: Phone Number, Name, Surname, and Card Number.

Storage and sharing of personal data

All personal data is stored/managed per the Law on Personal Data Protection. CarryEmpire LIMITED (Delaware, USA) is the data controller. We may share data with partners, payment systems, law enforcement (with proper requests), and advertising partners.

Publicly published data

Only the following appears publicly: your nickname, profile rating & reviews, total number of deals, and success rate.

Any other data shared in profiles or deals is your responsibility; sharing contact details off-site may lead to account blocking. We secure all correspondence conducted via our platform.

CarryEmpire protects your Personal Data

We enforce strict data protection policies, storing data on secure servers with automatic processing. Access is limited to service provision and quality improvement. Staff are trained in information security. While we use up-to-date safeguards, we bear no material liability if a breach occurs. All payments go through secure provider gateways.

Users’ rights regarding their Personal Data

  1. Right to access: Request a complete list of Personal Data and its use; granted within 30 days after verification.
  2. Right to rectify: Update, block, or delete incomplete, outdated, or unlawfully obtained data.
  3. Right to erasure: Request deletion of all personal data (with exceptions for deal history and disputes), which terminates service.
  4. Right to data portability: Transfer data to a third party, which is treated as deletion and may terminate services.
  5. Right to object: Stop processing for public interest tasks or official authority.
  6. Right not to be subject to automated decisions: Opt out of legal or significant effects based solely on automated processing.
