CarryEmpire Terms of Service

Important Notice

Please read this Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully. By using the services provided by CarryEmpire LLC ("CarryEmpire," "the Platform," or "the Website") at https://carryempire.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you are not authorized to register, use the Platform, or engage in transactions (e.g., buying, selling, or exchanging goods/services) via the Platform.

This Agreement governs the relationship between you ("User," "Buyer," or "Seller," collectively "Parties") and CarryEmpire. It outlines the rights, obligations, and terms for using the Platform’s services, tools, and applications. CarryEmpire acts as an intermediary guarantor for transactions and reserves the right to resolve disputes through its customer support.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (including text, logos, graphics, images, audio/video clips, and data compilations) is the property of CarryEmpire or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use without express written consent is prohibited.

Definitions

  1. User: A person who uses the instruments, applications, and other services provided by the CarryEmpire Platform. Users have the right to purchase the desired Seller Services and Goods, use their CarryEmpire Profile, manage the funds they transferred onto their Profile, and count on CarryEmpire's support for disputes.
  2. Seller (Booster): A User who has undergone the additional registration procedure, entered additional sign-up data, and been granted the opportunity to post Offers, sell Seller Services and Goods on the Platform, and count on CarryEmpire's support should a dispute occur.
  3. Buyer: A User of the Platform who is entitled to purchase Seller Services and Goods, use the CarryEmpire Profile, manage the funds transferred to their Profile, and apply for the CECS.
  4. CarryEmpire Profile: A personal account registered by the User on the CarryEmpire Platform.
  5. Gaming Account: An account registered by the User on third-party platforms that are designed for playing online video games.
  6. Seller Service: An act or performance offered by a Seller to a Buyer in order to transfer knowledge and/or skills in gaming as well as useful properties that improve the Gaming Account.
  7. CarryEmpire Service: Intermediate services provided by CarryEmpire including hosting the Platform, deal facilitation, and dispute assistance.
  8. Goods: Valuable virtual components of a game that a Buyer can purchase on the Platform.
  9. CarryEmpire Wallet (CE Wallet): An electronic account for settlements between Buyer and Seller for Seller Services and Goods.
  10. CE Coupon: A discount code issued to the Buyer upon successful service completion, including an expiration date.
  11. CarryEmpire Ranking System: A system under which Buyers are awarded CarryEmpire (CE) Points.
  12. Commission: A payment to CarryEmpire for providing intermediary services and platform access.
  13. CECD: CarryEmpire Compensation Department that manages CECS claims and investigations.
  14. CECS: Compensation system allowing customers to file validated claims for refunds and compensation.
  15. Subscription: A recurring set of privileges provided in exchange for periodic payments.
  16. Verified Seller: A Seller with enhanced privileges including chat access and faster withdrawals.
  17. CarryEmpire Chat: A chat interface within the Platform for communication between Users and support.
  18. Deal: A contract entered between a Seller and a Buyer for Seller Services or Goods.
  19. Offer: A proposal made by a Seller to form a Deal, including item description, delivery terms, and bonuses.
  20. Order: The Buyer's submission of interest in an Offer, initiating a transaction.
  21. Payment Method: Accepted payment forms such as cards or PayPal.
  22. Sanctions: Disciplinary measures like rating reduction, fines, or Profile blocking.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Platform.

User Profiles & Data

  1. Registration: Users must register a Profile. By clicking "Sign Up," you agree to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and all Platform terms.
  2. Denial: CarryEmpire may deny registration at its discretion.
  3. Verification: Sellers must provide valid ID and tax info. Additional documentation may be requested.

Seller Status

  1. Submit application with nickname, email, DOB, and a government-issued ID indicating Seller Services/Goods.
  2. CarryEmpire may collect personal information for compliance and request verification documents.

Relationship between the Parties and CarryEmpire

  1. CarryEmpire provides a Platform to enable Deal formation and payments through CE Wallet.
  2. CarryEmpire does not own or sell the Seller Services/Goods—only acts as an intermediary and guarantor.
  3. Users are responsible for their own deals, information, and legal compliance.
  4. CarryEmpire is not liable for external software issues, malware, or user-generated content.
  5. Sellers guarantee they do not infringe on third-party rights in their Offers.
  6. CarryEmpire may unilaterally update this Agreement or remove content.
  7. Gaming Account reselling is prohibited.
  8. Customer support is available via CarryEmpire Chat or [email protected].

Deal-Making Process

The interaction between Buyer and Seller occurs in four stages:

  • Placed: Buyer places an Order and pays into CE Wallet; Seller may accept or reject.
  • In Progress: Seller delivers per agreed terms; violations may trigger CECD claims or cancellations.
  • Confirmation: Seller submits delivery evidence; Buyer confirms within 48 hrs or it auto-confirms.
  • Completed: Funds released to Seller; Buyer receives CE Coupon.

At any stage, Parties can chat or click “I need help” for support. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

CarryEmpire Wallet & Transactions

  1. CE Wallets auto-create on first use by Buyer/Seller.
  2. CarryEmpire holds funds in escrow until deal completion.
  3. Upon completion, funds are released to Seller.
  4. In case of technical failure, proven unauthorized losses are refunded.

Taxes, Commissions & Withdrawals

  1. Sellers pay up to 16% commission; in-game currency sales are 10%.
  2. Withdrawal fees up to 10% apply based on method (cards, PayPal, crypto).
  3. CarryEmpire collects taxes only as legally required.

Non-Circumvention

  • Users must not share direct contact info or circumvent Platform payments.
  • Violations result in Profile blocking.

CarryEmpire Compensation Department (CECD)

CECD handles CECS claims impartially. Abuse of CECS (frequent minor claims) may lead to Profile suspension.

Sanctions & Fine Policy

  1. CarryEmpire may cancel this Agreement and block Profiles for breaches, abuse, or illicit activity.
  2. Funds may be withheld or refunded in fraud or duplicate transaction cases.
  3. Sellers refusing delivery may face rating cuts, fines, or loss of status.
  4. Fines up to 16% of order cost may apply for last-minute cancellations.
  5. Users are notified of sanctions via email and in-Platform notifications.
