CarryEmpire Terms of Service

Important Notice

Please read this Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully. By using the services provided by CarryEmpire LLC (“CarryEmpire,” “the Platform,” or “the Website”) at https://carryempire.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you are not authorized to register, use the Platform, or engage in transactions via the Platform.
CarryEmpire acts as an intermediary guarantor for transactions and reserves the right to resolve disputes through its customer support.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, logos, graphics, images, audio/video clips, data compilations) is the property of CarryEmpire or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use without express written consent is prohibited.

Definitions

  1. User: A person who uses the Platform’s services, can buy Seller Services/Goods, manage funds in their CE Wallet, and access dispute resolution through CarryEmpire.
  2. Seller (Booster): A User who completed additional registration, can post Offers, and utilize CarryEmpire’s dispute support.
  3. Buyer: A User entitled to purchase Seller Services/Goods, use their Profile, manage funds, and apply for CECS.
  4. CarryEmpire Profile: A personal account registered by the User.
  5. Gaming Account: Third-party account for online video games.
  6. Seller Service: Performance offered by a Seller to transfer gaming knowledge or items.
  7. CarryEmpire Service: Platform hosting, dispute facilitation, and intermediary services.
  8. Goods: Virtual game components purchasable on the Platform.
  9. CarryEmpire Wallet (CE Wallet): Electronic account for Buyer/Seller settlements.
  10. CE Coupon: Discount code issued post-service, with expiry date.
  11. Ranking System: Mechanism awarding CE Points to Buyers.
  12. Commission: Fee charged by CarryEmpire for intermediary services.
  13. CECD: CarryEmpire Compensation Department handling CECS claims.
  14. CECS: Compensation System for validated customer claims.
  15. Subscription: Recurring privileges in exchange for periodic payments.
  16. Verified Seller: Seller with accelerated withdrawal privileges.
  17. CarryEmpire Chat: In-Platform communication tool.
  18. Deal: Contract between Buyer and Seller on the Platform.
  19. Offer: Seller’s proposal detailing item description, delivery time, and bonuses.
  20. Order: Buyer’s request to purchase based on an Offer.
  21. Payment Method: Accepted payment instruments (PayPal, cards).
  22. Sanctions: Disciplinary measures (rating reduction, fines, blocking).

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Platform.

User Profiles & Data

  1. Registration: By signing up, you agree to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and all Platform terms.
  2. Denial: CarryEmpire may refuse registration at its discretion.
  3. Verification: Sellers must provide valid ID and tax info; additional documentation may be requested.

Seller Status

  1. Submit an application with nickname, email, DOB, and government-issued ID to be approved as a Seller.
  2. CarryEmpire may collect additional personal data (e.g., TIN) for legal compliance.

Relationship between the Parties and CarryEmpire

  1. CarryEmpire provides the Platform, enabling deal formation and escrow via CE Wallet.
  2. CarryEmpire does not own Seller Services/Goods; it only intermediates and guarantees funds.
  3. Users remain solely responsible for deal terms, accuracy, and legality of services.
  4. CarryEmpire is not liable for third-party software/hardware failures, malware, or user-hosted content.
  5. Sellers guarantee third-party rights are not violated in their Offers.
  6. CarryEmpire may modify this Agreement or delete inappropriate content at any time.
  7. Gaming Account resale is prohibited.
  8. Customer support is available via CarryEmpire Chat or [email protected].

Deal-Making Process

The interaction between Buyer and Seller occurs in four stages:

  • Placed: Buyer places an Order and pays into CE Wallet; Seller may accept or reject.
  • In Progress: Seller delivers per agreed terms; violations may trigger CECD claims or cancellations.
  • Confirmation: Seller submits delivery evidence; Buyer confirms within 48 hrs or auto-confirms.
  • Completed: Funds released to Seller; Buyer receives CE Voucher Card.

At any stage, Parties can chat or click “I need help” for support. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

CarryEmpire Wallet & Transactions

  1. CE Wallets are auto-created on first use by Buyer/Seller.
  2. CarryEmpire holds funds in escrow until deal completion.
  3. Upon completion, funds are released to Seller.
  4. In case of technical failure, proven unauthorized losses are refunded.

Taxes, Commissions & Withdrawals

  1. Sellers pay up to 16% commission; in-game currency sales are 10%.
  2. Withdrawal fees up to 10% apply based on method (cards, PayPal, crypto).
  3. CarryEmpire collects taxes only as legally required.

Non-Circumvention

  • Users must not share direct contact info or circumvent Platform payments.
  • Violations result in Profile blocking.

CarryEmpire Compensation Department (CECD)

CECD handles CECS claims impartially. Abuse of CECS (frequent minor claims) may lead to Profile suspension. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}​:contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}

Sanctions & Fine Policy

  1. CarryEmpire may cancel this Agreement and block Profiles for breaches, abuse, or illicit activity.
  2. Funds may be withheld or refunded in cases of fraud or duplicate transactions.
  3. Sellers refusing delivery may face rating cuts, fines, or loss of Seller status.
  4. Fines up to 16% of order cost may apply for last-minute cancellations.
  5. Users are notified of sanctions via email and in-Platform notifications.
