CarryEmpire Refund Policy

Refund in our platform is completed in 2 steps:

  1. Step 1: The refund amount is credited to your CarryEmpire (CE) wallet balance, which you can use for future platform purchases.
  2. Step 2: You may request a withdrawal of the refunded amount to your original payment method (subject to eligibility).

When You Can Request a Refund

You can request a refund from your CarryEmpire balance in the following cases:

  • Your order was canceled
  • Extremely poor quality of service has been provided by your booster (careful investigation by the CECD will have to be conducted first and after that we will get back to you with the decision)
  • In case one of the parties raised an arbitration ticket on the order and the decision of refund or partial refund has been made by the CECD Team.

Please note that it takes 3-7 business days to initially investigate all the submitted tickets/emails.

Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

You can request a withdraw to your original payment method in the following cases:

  • We can only return money to the bank/PayPal account from which your balance was replenished.
  • You have 14 days from the date of your top-up (the day you made the payment) to request a free withdrawal. The balance will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 7 business days (starting once our support team submits your request) to finalize in our payment system.
  • After the 14 day period, you may contact our support team to request a balance withdrawal. A 5% fee will apply, and processing may take up to 7 business days.
  • You can request a full or partial withdrawal. The majority of payment systems support full refunds only. Partial refunds are available by a limited number of large payment systems, such as PayPal.

CarryEmpire Compensation System (CECS)

To ensure customer satisfaction, we’ve developed the CarryEmpire Compensation System (CECS), which guarantees the following protections:

If a customer is unsatisfied with their service, they may initiate the CECS by emailing [email protected] with the following details:

  1. Username
  2. Order number
  3. Reason for dissatisfaction

Requirements for Submission

  1. The email must be sent within 24 hours of the service being marked as completed.
  2. Email must be sent from the exact email address registered on the website.

Process & Compensation

Once submitted, our CECS team will investigate the case. If the claim is validated, the customer will receive:

  • A full refund credited to their CarryEmpire (CE) wallet balance.
  • A bonus balance equal to the refunded amount, redeemable for future purchases on the website.

The bonus balance is exclusively for platform purchases and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.

Refunds and bonuses are processed within 7 business days of claim approval.

CarryEmpire Pricing Policy

  1. Commitment to Competitive Pricing: CarryEmpire strives to offer the best prices for products and services available on our website, ensuring value for our customers.
  2. Acknowledgment of Price Fluctuations: Prices on our website can change due to market conditions, which are beyond our control.
  3. No Refunds for Price Changes: If you purchase and the price changes afterward, CarryEmpire is not obligated to refund the difference.
  4. Consent to Future Price Adjustments: By using our services, you agree prices may change in the future.
  5. Compensatory Benefits: If a price you’ve already paid drops, CarryEmpire may offer non-material benefits (e.g., priority service) at our discretion.
  6. Resolution through Web Chat: Discuss non-material benefits via web chat at CarryEmpire.com; price change discussions outside these benefits are not handled.
