Refund Policy

Refunds on our platform are completed in two steps:

  1. The refund amount is credited to your CarryEmpire (CE) wallet balance, which you can use for future platform purchases.
  2. You may request a withdrawal of the refunded amount to your original payment method (subject to eligibility).

When can you request a refund to your CE balance?

  • Your order was canceled.
  • Extremely poor quality of service provided by your booster (subject to careful investigation by the CECD team).
  • An arbitration ticket was raised on the order, and the CECD team decided on a full or partial refund.

To submit a request, please contact our support team via the website chat. Investigations take 3–7 business days.

When can you withdraw to your original payment method?

  • Refunds can only be returned to the bank/PayPal account used for the original top-up.
  • Within 14 days of your top-up date, you can request a free withdrawal. Processing takes up to 7 business days.
  • After 14 days, you may request a withdrawal (5% fee applies). Processing may take up to 7 business days.
  • You can request full or partial withdrawals. Most systems support full refunds only; partial refunds depend on the payment provider.

CarryEmpire Compensation System (CECS)

To ensure customer satisfaction, you may initiate CECS by emailing [email protected] with:

  • Username
  • Order number
  • Reason for dissatisfaction

Requirements:

  • Email within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Sent from the email registered on the website.

Process & Compensation:

  1. CECS team investigates the claim.
  2. If validated, you receive:
    • A full refund to your CE wallet balance.
    • A bonus balance equal to the refunded amount (redeemable only for future purchases).

Refunds and bonuses are processed within 7 business days of claim approval.

  • Price Fluctuations: Market conditions may cause price changes beyond our control.
  • No Refunds for Price Changes: We are not obligated to refund price differences after purchase.
  • Future Price Adjustments: By using our services, you accept that prices may change.
  • Post-Purchase Benefits: For price drops after purchase, we may offer non-material benefits (e.g., priority service) at our discretion.
